Feminine Embodiment Coach and holistic kids yoga teacher.
Hi lovely, I’m so grateful you’re here! As a psychologist, child behavior specialist (credentials in the Netherlands), holistic kids yoga teacher, and a certified feminine embodiment coach, I have more than 15 years of experience within education, youth services and the mental health field. Next to that, I also know firsthand what it feels like to live rent-free in your head (by default my mind is very busy ;)) and I’ve been disembodied for most of my life (not connected to my body/myself). I just kept going and going, often ignoring all of my body’s signals, reaching for ‘external’ goals, or things I ‘thought’ would be good for me or how I ‘should’ be living life. My body knew that wasn’t good for me and brought me to a full stop halt when I had a burnout in 2017. I also know what it feels like to finally arrive back home in my body, feel the connection, the inner trust in myself, and the flow and pleasure due to being fully embodied. Safe to say this took me about 30 years! Through this work of feminine embodiment coaching, my goal is for you to feel this shift sooner, as I know you have a beautiful and gorgeous life to live✨.
